Pavla De Noronha is a senior People and Culture leader with more than 15 years of experience helping organisations navigate growth, transformation, and the future of work across the retail and lifestyle sectors in the Middle East.

She partners with business leaders to design people strategies that drive performance, build strong cultures, and develop the capabilities organisations need to grow. Her expertise spans organisational design, change management, workforce planning, employee relations, and talent development.

A firm believer in building from within, Pavla has designed and launched learning academies that accelerate career growth and align capability development with long-term business goals, creating sustainable talent pipelines that outlast any single initiative.

Alongside her corporate career, Pavla teaches CIPD qualifications at Middlesex University Dubai as an adjunct faculty member, where she works to develop the next generation of HR professionals and connect classroom theory to the realities of practice.

Pavla holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University and is a Chartered Member (MCIPD) of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
