Carmen Rendi is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (FCIPD) and Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Divergent Line HR Consultants in Dubai. She brings over 15 years of experience in people
practice in the aviation industry, where she led performance management, HR operations and large-scale people development within the Etihad Aviation Group.

Today Carmen combines consulting, teaching and research. She partners with organisations across the UAE and Saudi Arabia on leadership, performance and engagement, delivers CIPD
qualifications with FBS in Riyadh, and is Adjunct Faculty at Middlesex University Dubai. Her published research on performance management and employee engagement gives her work a
strong evidence base.
