She has served in leading talent management and learning and development roles.

With over two decades of experience, she has dedicated her career to helping individuals and organizations unlock their potential, strengthen their leadership identity, and achieve meaningful, sustainable success. From mentoring emerging leaders and coaching executives to designing strategic learning ecosystems, her mission has always been to elevate human capability, build cultures of trust, and transform vision into action.

Blending strategic insight, coaching mastery, and creative facilitation, she empowers individuals and institutions to lead with clarity and purpose. Holding an MSc in Health & Hospital Management, she is an ICF-accredited PCC, ACTC coach, CInP®, CIPD Level 7, and certified in several leading psychometric assessments, in addition to the LEGO® Serious Play® methodology making her one of the region’s most versatile professionals.

A pioneer in innovative leadership programs, she led the Middle East & Saudi Arabia’s first ICF-certified LEGO® Serious Play® training for coaches and designs tools that spark dialogue, imagination, and values-based leadership—believing leadership is revealed through intentional conversation, reflection, and inspired action.
