Afnan Al Balooshi is a Learning and Development Consultant, Leadership Development Trainer, CIPD Trainer and Assessor, and Career Coach with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals, teams and organisations across Bahrain and the GCC.

She specialises in leadership development, communication, workplace effectiveness, behavioural skills and people capability development. Afnan has delivered training, coaching and assessment across corporate, government and academic sectors, helping professionals strengthen leadership capability, improve collaboration and enhance workplace performance.

Afnan delivers CIPD Level 3 qualifications in both Arabic and English and CIPD Level 5 qualifications in English. She has extensive experience supporting learners through assessment, feedback and professional development. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from York St John University, UK, is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), and is a Certified Transformational Leader recognised by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
